This is our 5/8" Drill Adapter. It is a 5/8"-11 exterior thread to male 3/8" shank adapter, and it's used to attach the backing plate to a regular drill. It will fit most regular power drills, and is made from industrial grade steel.

PLEASE NOTE: Most drills lack the torque and stability to successfully perform a glass scratch repair, so we recommend using an angle grinder whenever possible. In the event you're going to be using a drill...make sure it's a good one, and practice on a spare piece of glass beforehand.
